A review of Rich Fronings Reeboks
Rich has had some input with shoes before but not like this.
Of note - they are not a Nano with Rich Froning branding on them. They are a different shoe all together. Specifically designed for him and if we are trying to train like anyone it should probably be like him.
What the shoe says about the way Rich trains... He squats a lot, the heel over runs either side which gives you more stability in the squat. He doesn't like do his shoe laces up (maybe he can't), there is a thick band of elastic that runs over the top of the foot making it almost impossible to kick them off when the lace are undone and he does a lot of rope climbs the shoes has a vertical running grip, that'll grip the rope well.
What we think.... If you are looking for a shoe with a wide fit, then I would recommend getting these over any other reebok shoe out there. They are decent to squat in and up there when it comes to running. Before we got a pair, we had seen a lot of feedback saying that that the were too bulky. They were momentarily branded the Dad shoe. Having now worn a pair it is pretty obvious that they are not the Dad shoe. They are a decent looking shoe for alternative style individuals.
